We will ask you to fill in our ‘Fact Finder’, a detailed client questionnaire that will help us understand your current financial situation and your goals.
At your first meeting with one of our consultants expect to discuss topics such as assets, debts, priorities, risk tolerance, and other factors that affect your finances. Be prepared to discuss what you expect to achieve through the process.
The information we gather will be the basis for the financial plan we will develop. Sharing with us detailed, precise and current information will help us develop the most appropriate recommendations.
Delivery of Advice
A tailor-fitted ‘Statement of Advice’ or SOA will be drafted for your business. It will discuss our recommendations for you along with the rationale for the recommendations. Associations or relationships that influence the advice are discussed as well. Fees, the implementation plan and other relevant matters are included. Depending on the recommendations, educational materials and ‘Product Disclosure Statements’ (PDS) may be attached.
The SOA is sent via e-mail, but a hard copy may be sent through post or presented in person upon request. Succeeding advice may be presented in a ‘Record of Advice’ or ROA.
